Independent U.S. presidential candidate Diane Sare will hold an online press availability on the implications of the expiration of New START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty). She will also put forward a three-point policy proposal for adoption by the Trump Administration.

Sare will be joined by arms control advisor and former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter, who, after the 1987 signing of the INF Treaty, was on the first team of arms control inspectors at the Votkinsk missile production site in the Soviet Union.
